Strengths in Academics/Professional and Personal Goals

All three of the assessments point out my need to work with people and network. When in an academic or professional setting, I step forward as a group leader and thrive as such. In the MBTI assessment, it discussed my need to network with influential people. This can be seen in my strength of "Woo" and being able to "work a room". I am confident in large group settings and am comfortable speaking with new people. This has helped me in my networking ability and connecting with people of a variety of backgrounds. I am very persuasive and am able to easily get others on board with my projects or ideas.

I am a very driven individual and am always looking for new and innovative ways to solve problems. The MBTI and SII assessments point out this drive to creatively solve problems. By having the strength of "Achiever" and "Activator", I am eager to get started and work on a project. Being someone with the strength of "Competition", I want to complete tasks and be the best and perform the very best in my field. In academic and professional settings, I am eager to get started and think of ways to solve problems others have not thought of in order to be the best. In my personal life, I have seen the "Competition" side of me when I am playing volleyball or competing in dance. I push myself to be successful in everything I do.

Having the strength of "Belief", I am rooted in my values and ideals. I advocate for others; this is seen in the projects/events I manage. Because I have excellent public speaking skills, I am able to speak to a large crowd about a cause or issue. Again, I am able to have others join in and help create change because of my ability to persuade others.
